Do you ship to international locations?

Yes, we offer international shipping to most countries. However, there may be additional taxes and duties and you are responsible for complying with the laws of your country.


What is your return policy?

At Nashoubeauty, we aim to ensure our customers are satisfied with their orders. If for any reason, you are not pleased with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days from the date it was shipped, as long as it is unopened, undamaged, and without defects. If this is the case, please send an email to info@nashoubeauty.com within 5 days of receiving the product, indicating your order number and the reason for the return. A 15% restocking fee may apply to returned items, except for products damaged during shipping or found to be defective. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. However, sales of discounted, clearance, or closeout products are final. Your return will be processed promptly upon arrival, and a confirmation email will be sent to you. Please note that shipping fees are not refundable unless the return is a result of our error. We appreciate your business and hope to continue serving you in the future.
